Remote work attracts impersonators. Here is how we operate, so you can tell a real message from us apart from a scam.
We never ask you for money
Canonset pays you, never the other way round. There are no signup fees, training fees, equipment purchases or "starter kits". Anyone asking you to pay is not us.
Payment details only inside your account
We collect payout and tax details only on pages you reach after signing in. We never ask for bank details, card numbers or passwords by email, text or chat.
One way to apply
Every role is on our Opportunities page, and every application goes through our sign-up. We don't hire through messaging apps, and a recruiter will never ask you to apply somewhere else.
Work stays on our platform
Tasks, instructions and client data live only inside the platform. We never send work as shared documents or ask you to use a personal account to access client material.
Think someone is impersonating us?
Don't reply, click links or send anything. Sign in to your account directly (never from a link in the message) and report it through your dashboard, or tell the team member you normally work with.
