Who can apply?
Working professionals who live in the United States, with real experience in a field we cover: software engineering, AI agents, finance and more. Each role lists what it needs.
How much will I earn?
Every role shows its pay before you apply, per approved task or per hour. You never pay anything to work with us.
Can I use ChatGPT or other AI tools?
No. Labs pay for human judgment, so every answer must be your own work. Read the original-work policy.
What if a reviewer returns my answer?
You see the reviewer's notes and can fix and resubmit it. Only rejected answers go unpaid, and the notes explain why.
How is my quality score worked out?
From your last 50 reviewed tasks: mostly reviewer scores, plus hidden tasks with known answers. You see it on your dashboard, and our team sees it when you apply for a role.
How many hours do I need to commit?
None. Set the hours you expect to have each week in your profile so we can plan projects, and work when it suits you.
How do referrals work?
Share your personal link. When someone you refer completes 10 approved tasks with a quality score of 70% or more, you earn the role's referral bonus.
How do I know a message is really from you?
We never ask you for money or for payment details outside your account, and every role is on our site. See trust and safety.
