Original-work policy
AI labs pay for human judgment. An answer written by an AI model teaches their model nothing and can teach it the wrong thing, so this is the rule we enforce most strictly.
The rule
- Everything you submit is your own work, written by you.
- Don't use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or any other AI tool to write, rewrite, check or translate your answers, unless a project's instructions explicitly allow a specific tool for a specific step.
- Reference material is fine (documentation, textbooks, standards) when you use your own words.
- Don't share tasks, answers or instructions outside the platform, and don't let anyone else work under your account.
How we check
Every answer is reviewed by a person. We also look at signals such as time spent compared with other experts, known-answer tasks mixed in without notice, and writing patterns typical of AI models. A flag is not a verdict: a reviewer looks at the work before anything happens.
What happens if it isn't your own work
A confirmed case ends your access on the first occurrence, and the work isn't paid. If you think a decision is wrong, reply to the review notice with your drafts or notes; that's why we suggest keeping them for longer tasks.
